The Engineering Affairs works hard to maintain the technical readiness of all equipments and facilities necessary to perform the medical service. The main activities of the department include:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for all equipments, facilities and general sites.
• Implement emergency repairs and preventive maintenance that require external experience through maintenance contracts or direct to purchase orders.
• Setting specifications for the required equipments, conduct the technical study and the initial receipt for them.  

The engineering affairs department is divided to the following divisions :

• Medical Equipment Division.

• Building and General Site Division.

• Division of electric power.

• Division of Mechanics.

• Informatics Division.

• Technical workshops.

• Electronic library.
