This department provides diagnostic and therapeutic services for non-emergency patients. This department also conducts various medical examination prior to referral patients to other departments in the hospital as well as following up the status of surgical patients and providing appropriate consultations for outpatients.

This department consists of the following clinics :

- Surgical Clinic : This clinic receives surgical patients and put the surgical indication to them and send them to the office of surgical admission to give them admission dates, and also receive patients after surgery to do some nursing procedures such as changing the dressing and other nursing work.

- Cardiac Clinic :  It contains 3 clinics that receives patients and conduct the necessary tests for them from ECG,Echo and other procedures and give the necessary treatment for them or referred to the cardiac divisions in the hospital to give them a date of acceptance for catheterization or angioplasty.

- Electrophysiology Clinic : That receives heart patient with an electrical defect in the heart and install temporary Holter, E C G and give appropriate treatment for them.
